HM Precision Engineering provided Project Management services to the Principal Contractor (Centro Concepts) to ensure this project was completed to meet the clients needs. 

The project delivers a functional, compliant, and durable upgrade suited for industrial use and vehicle maintenance operations for the tenant. 

Key elements of the Thomas Hanlon Ct Industrial Yard Upgrade scope included:

• New industrial shed and a roofed wash bay
• New stormwater infrastructure, sewer and water connection inc. a trade waste system with silt trap and oil separator 
• Bulk earthworks, hardstand and concrete footpath/driveways
• New fencing and gates
• Site office renovations
