Project Overview

HM Precision Engineering (HMP) was engaged by GCI Solutions to undertake detailed inspections and develop Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for three recently refurbished sewer pump stations within the City of Gold Coast wastewater network.

The project involved pump station drawdowns to allow HMP to complete detailed on-site inspections and visual investigations of the existing infrastructure, equipment and process arrangements. The information captured during these inspections was used to develop accurate P&IDs, providing the client with an improved understanding and record of the refurbished assets to support ongoing operation, maintenance and asset management.
